The looming 5G wireless communication upgrade will bring a windfall of profits to a number of companies. That’s no secret.

It will also drastically change our lives. Download speeds will get dramatically faster, anywhere from 10 times to 100 times faster than the current iteration of 4G. But it will impact nearly every part of our lives. From how we commute to work to how our food is farmed to how surgeries are performed.

For instance, 5G could improve healthcare more in the next 10 years than all the advances over the past 100 years. It will do things like facilitate complex surgeries via virtual and enhanced reality. In other words, you could be in an operating room in Seattle, while a doctor does the surgery from New York City.

Think about that… It will enable us to do things that were unfathomable just a few years ago.

The total global 5G market is expected to reach $277 billion by 2025. That’s an astronomical compounded annual growth rate of 111% from today’s value.

There’s likely a small company out there that we’ve never heard of that will become a household name, and a multi-billion-firm, because of 5G.

This massive trend will bring a tidal wave of profits. And here are three of the best ways to take advantage of this burgeoning evolution…

3 Ways To Profit From 5G

First, in order for 5G to thrive it will need a major upgrade to its infrastructure. 5G can’t rely on the large cell towers that are spread throughout the country. They’re too far apart. 5G millimeter wave has a much smaller range, which means it will require thousands of “cells” or towers packed closer together to quickly communicate.

But you simply can’t go around slapping small cell towers on every other power pole or streetlight. Space will need to be acquired or rented. This “5G real estate” is an important piece to the puzzle.

Fortunately, there’s one company whose sole focus is renting out the space that these companies will need. We won’t have to worry about who has the best coverage, who has the best infrastructure, worry about pricing wars to lure in customers, or many of the other risks associated with emerging products and trends. With this 5G real estate play, we will simply sit back and collect the “rent” fees from 5G towers.

Next up is what is referred to as the “5G testing center.”

When you want to become a lawyer or obtain your securities license for finance you must complete — and pass — a standardized test.
